We are now open for chukar hunts! We expect pheasant hunts to be available near the end of September.

We do have quail available for dog trainers - japonese quail are $4.00 each, pharaoh quail are $4.50 each and tibetan quail are $5.00 each.

The Bird Dog Challenge as seen on is coming to Gryphon Ranch.

We will announce 2009 dates soon.

Encompassing over 100 acres with areas that are fenced and cross fenced, Gryphon Ranch is large enough for a full day hunt or field trial and yet small enough for individual training classes. We are just 20 minutes from Interstate 5 and centrally located between Seattle and Portland.

At Gryphon Ranch, we are dedicated to providing top facilities for all types of working dogs. Activities at the ranch include year round hunting, field trials, hunt tests, obedience classes, agility, tracking, herding and lure coursing.
